Honestly, we are not sure what we have here. If anyone knows any information about this item, please reach out to us. This is what we do know: The figure has a shorter left leg, and the foot/boot is much smaller in length. There are no balls on either side of the chin. There are absolutely no COO markings of any kind on either leg- but you can see a remnant circle on the back of the left leg, like that of a Top Toys figure. Condition: Rated 88 with light wear; needs cleaning. It is not broken. Our grading scale ranges from 1 to 100, with Mint Flawless rated 100, Near Mint rated 95, Excellent rated 90, and so on.
