Dumper- Tab intact on dumper portion. Back gate opens; dumper raises and lowers smoothly. Lightbulb - Intact; working. Base Plate- Legible; on/off switch. Tabs are intact. Clean battery compartment. MFG Stamp- China. TIRE Chrome- Bright with light wear. No rim cracks. Tires- Rubber; have light wear and need cleaning. Working Condition- Tested and both lights and motor are in working order.
