Paint- Has some wear with melt marks. Decals intact and in good condition. Car needs cleaning. Hood/Body - Both clips are intact; sits securely on base. Base Plate- Clips intact. Battery compartment clean; battery cover intact. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Tires- Have light wear. Working Condition- Motor turns on with battery but does not engage wheels. Note: No light on vehicle.
