Paint- Has light wear. Melt marks on hood/front end. Decals have some wear with lifting on edges. Hood/Body - Both clips are intact; fits securely on base. Base Plate- Clips intact. Battery compartment clean. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Tire Chrome- Has light wear, except one tire with some wear. Tires- Have light wear. Working Condition- Motor works but wheels do not engage.
