Paint- Has light wear except one small melt mark on hood. Hood sticker intact; sticker has spot. Needs cleaning. Windshield Frame- Missing. Hood/Body - Clips intact on body. Lightbulb - Light intact. Tested and light is working. Base Plate- Clips intact. Lights- Works. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Tires- Light wear on 3 tires; some wear with melt mark on one tire.
