Condition: The item has little wear. The rope handles are intact. The latch buckle and hinges are intact. The name, rank, and serial number on the top of the case have been filled in with a red marker. There is a scratch right across that area. The plastic tray is intact with no cracks or tears. The insert in the lid is barely glued to the lid. It is not torn. Comes as shown.
