Condition: We got this from a former Toy Designer who worked for multiple companies. No COO marks of any kind. The outfit is a prototype. The marking on the chest is from the manufacturer. The battery compartment on the backside does not have battery terminals. No head, but those can be had for 20 on a production figure. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
