Condition: We got this from a former Toy Designer who worked for multiple companies. The item has light wear as it was just a sample to them. The front of the red tag reads "QC# 5-3-4 Labels w/better adhesive aged @140°F for 24 hours MD 5/11/90". The backside of the read tag reads "Mortar housing w/safety gap added. 4/1/89 TG."
