Harold PROTOTYPE or SAMPLE Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends 1992 Learning Curve

Condition: We got this from a former Toy Designer who worked for multiple companies. It is unused and new. I got it with a whole case of the year's release in the box from one designer to another designer, I would guess this is a pre-release sample. There are staples on either side of the landing gear, and another staple on the bottom. No marks or COO of any kind. The package is marked made in the USA, not China.
