Vehicle Condition: Rated 90 with light wear. Chrome accents show some wear. Our grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Chrome engine is medium brightness. Tires and chrome have very light wear. Come with two wheel Track-Rack stand to allow racing on Hot Wheels track. Comes as shown. Rider Condition: Comes with rider, "Tops" with royal blue outfit and black hat. Rider is rated 90 with light wear and fading. Rider's loops on hand and feet are all intact with no cracks. Rider has peach spot on back of left thigh. Figure needs cleaning.
