Our grading scale is 1 - 100, with mint flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Game board has some parts of rubber band stuck to back side. Game board has light wear along the hinge. Lid has one corner starting to separate. Comes as shown. Accessories: Appears to be complete, with exception of one "Tractor Beam" card. All game pieces are present. Cards have some remnants of a dried out rubber band. Some of the rubber band melted onto the spinner platform (but does not interfere with spinning action). Has two instruction sheets.
