Vehicle Condition: Rated 90 with light wear. Chrome detail is bright to medium bright. Our grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint/flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Tires have light wear. Tire chrome has some wear on right back tire; chrome on other 2 tires has light wear. Includes a track guide/track-rack stand (to allow racing on Hot Wheel track). Comes as shown. Rider Condition: Comes with rider #5 in mustard yellow/gold outfit with white helmet. Rider is rated 80 with some wear. Rider's hand loops have cracks but still hold onto handlebars.
