Engine- N/A. Base Plate- Bright. MFG Stamp- Hong Kong. Redlines & Chrome- Redlines & Chrome have light wear. Tires- Have light wear. Axles- Straight; rolls smoothly. Button has some light scratches on front; surface scratches on back. White letters appear to have some pink discoloration. Tab bent over.
