Vehicle Condition: Rated 83 with some wear. The arrow tip on back of seat has broken off; stress mark where it brok. Our grading scale is 1 - 100 with mint/flawless a 100, near mint a 95, excellent a 90, and so on. Tires and tire chrome have light wear. Chrome finish on bike has wome wear, primarily on the back of bike. Comes as shown. Rider Condition: Comes with rider "Shade" in yellow gold outfit with green glasses. Rider is rated 85 with light wear. Loops on driver's hands are missing but the hands themselves curve and stay on the handlebars (bottom "rings" have broken off).
