In 2013, the Realm of the Underworld action figures released by Zoloworld. These figures brought back the iconic style of popular action figures from the 80s such as the original Masters of the Universe line. The first wave released in 2013 and, since then, other waves continue to release. These figures bring the 80s style to the 2010s and 2020s. The Realm of the Underworld action figures stand at almost 6 inches tall with interchangeable limbs. With an accessory battle pack and already included accessories, these action figures look fierce and ready for anything that comes their way. 10. Archterrus
First up on our Top Realm of the Underworld action figures list at number 10, we have the Archterrus figure. As with the other figures, this one also holds points of articulation. Along with this, it not only can switch limbs with other characters but also comes with epic accessories. These include the chain and mysterious staff. The chain appears rusted with bronze painting while the staff appears entirely white. The staff features a skull head at the top and bone detail at the bottom. The figure itself also appears entirely white with skeleton details. The skeleton head with black depth detailing and orange eyes make the figure look fierce. Archterrus wears black and white mesh-like cloth as a hooded cloak to match the skeleton essence.
Each figure gets enclosed in a bubble packaging on a cardboard back. Since this one released as part of the first wave, the other first wave characters show up on the back of the cardboard packaging. This artifact stealing character features six points of articulation for ultimate posing and play abilities.
9. Slayer (Legendary Edition)
This Slayer (Legendary Edition) action figure takes the next spot on our Top Realm of the Underworld figures list. This figure takes the eighth place spot with both it’s incredible design and glow in the dark feature. The striking bright green coloring paired with the black accents shows Slayer’s authority. Since this figure released as a 2023 exclusive, the glow feature holds this character with heroic personality. All limbs, as well as the head, are all interchangeable which makes for epic personal figure designing.
Slayer comes with a giant sword to defend against enemies. It’s armor and helmet only add to the ferocious appearance shown with great detail. Although glowing green covers this figure, the red striking eyes with black boots, belt, and wrists all add to the detail shown in Slayer.
8. Zargan
Zargan, the warrior, takes the number 8 spot on our Top 10 list. The bright cardboard backing, backer card, as well as the figure itself make Zargan an epic must-have character. Not only does this figure appear fierce with the detailed sculpt and paint on the limbs but also on the figure’s snake-like head. With the animal head and human body, this therianthropic character’s green and blue body add to it’s intimidating character. Zargan comes with a dark cleaver to help with his task to find the last escaped protector.
The legendary Neal Adams artwork backer card also comes with the figure. The cardboard backing explains the character and shows an incredible design of the characters on a bright red backdrop. This limited edition of Zargan makes him that much more special and loved.
7. Split Wave Archterrus
This epic version of Archterrus releases in 2025 by Zoloworld. With the bright green and extra details than the previous Archterrus, this figure appears higher up on our Top Realm of the Underworld action figure list. This figure comes in at number 7 as it holds it’s rusted bronze chain with mysterious key and mysterious glowing staff. Like the other Archterrus figure, this one also has a bone-like staff with skull on the top. The figure comes with a dark cloak which perfectly matches the black skeleton detailing covering the entire figure, representing bones. With his staff that stands taller than the figure itself, anyone lingering nearby can sense the presence of this artifact stealing character. When night falls, Archterrus sneaks by to sneakily search for the long lost sword of heroes.
6. Slayer (Frozen in Time)

This figures release in 2023 practically stopped time. This awesome figure appears entirely clear with ice-like detailing. All interchangeable limbs, head, armor, and accessories feature this clear ice-like plastic. The armor shows great detail with the helmet and shoulder attachments. Along with these, the figure also comes with a huge sword of heroes to fight off enemies. Needing to dodge Archterrus as he swoops in to steal it, this figure stands ready to fight. The red eyes on this Slayer figure add another cool detail since it’s the only bright coloring painted.
The cardboard backing on this figure also adds to the character’s epic appearance. The backing shows incredible artwork of the figure striking a battle pose with the sword of heroes and armor. The backdrop shows a snowy, mountainous scene, tying in the “frozen in time” aspect.
5. Ice Wolf Warrior
Here, at number 5 on this Top Realm of the Underworld action figure list, we have the Ice Wolf Warrior. This character acts as one of the minions to the Ice Demon of the North. These Ice Wolf Warriors need to capture their heroic slayer. Since this figure appears as a 2023 summer exclusive, it only released for a short amount of time which makes it more rare than other figures. This Ice wolf warrior features some unique pieces including the fur around it’s neck and ankles. These not only add texture to the figure but also demonstrate the snowy, icy environment these Ice Wolf Warriors live in. Along with this, the clear blue of the figure itself adds to the icy theme.
This figure comes with a clear blue corresponding weapon. The Ice Wolf Warrior holds his dangerous bat in his hand, always prepared to capture the heroic slayer. Same as the Slayer (Frozen in Time) figure, this one released with the same cardboard backing since they both came out in the same wave of figures.
4. Slayer Dark Defender
This Slayer Dark Defender figure shows incredible detail as well as many attachments and accessories. Slayer Dark Defender comes in a battle set with his sidekick, Thunder the horse. The figure includes six points of articulation with interchangeable limbs and head pieces. Along with this, Slayer’s armor, head and cloth pieces are also removeable, revealing a new look for this heroic defender. Slayer’s sword of legends helps him as he rides around on his horse to fight off any enemies and defend the world. Unlike the other figures, this one comes packaged in a box with a plastic window instead of the regular bubble packaging. This way, both the figure and his battle horse can safely ship to the buyer.
The artwork on the back of the box by Scott West, Rudy Nebres, and Faccone remarkably shows an epic battle scene from Slayer and his horse, Thunder. The artwork on the front of the box also shows an epic battle scene however, this one appears in vibrant colors while the one on the back shows up in black and white. The figure alone places itself at number 4 on our top Realm of the Underworld action figure list but the additional battle horse only adds to the awesome character.
3. Hercules
Now, into our top 3, the Hercules figure takes the 3rd spot. This classic figure for the Realm of the Underworld franchise shows detail, heroic personality, and awesome accessories to enhance it’s appearance. The detail shows throughout the painting, sculpting, and accessories. The personality peeks through the figure’s facial expression as well as the gold detailing and big fur body wrap. The brown fur appears luxurious next to the gold accents proving Hercules’ heroism. Along with this accessory, Hercules also comes with a small golden knife attached to a removable gold leg sheath. He carries his long golden sword in his right hand with authority and power. With points of articulation and multiple weapons to choose from, this figure shows many possible options for play and pose.
2. Amon Dark
This Amon Dark skeletal figure appears out of the edge of the Underworld as the heroes approach. This shadow barbarian walks around destroying everything around him as he absorbs their energy. Amon Dark not only shows epic detailing through the sculpt and paint but also holds a good amount of weapons to help in fighting. These accessories include the translucent blue belt, leg holder, dagger, and dark cleaver as well as the bright blue vinyl cape. In the bubble packaging, Amon Dark comes with a Mike Grell backer card. The bright blue cape and red eyes against the all black skeleton figure brings to life the evil hidden within this character. The interchangeable parts and removeable weapons transform this figure in many different ways, making him appear just how the buyer likes.
1. Acromancer
Last up and number one on our Top Realm of the Underworld action figures list, we have Acromancer. Since Acromancer appears at the top of our list, it’s design shows the incredible details and character of the figure. The details of this figure appear through the mold as well as the striking colors. The red gives the figure a fierce appearance while the blue adds an equally fierce look. The figure also comes with an axe as a weapon, that stands almost taller than the figure itself. Not only does the figure come with a tall, intimidating weapon but also bright red armor. This includes shoulder pieces with spike detailing as well as the helmet which gives the appearance of a skull with horns coming out of the top.
Acromancer has six points of articulation, with the ability to pose in different ways. This Harbinger of Havoc comes enclosed in bubble packaging on a cardboard back with a red background and battle scene featuring some favorite characters. Because of the nostalgia and incredible design of this figure, it lands it’s spot at number one on our list.
