This dynamic and exciting vehicle was also featured in the new cartoon series DROIDS: THE ADVENTURES OF R2-D2 AND C-3PO.
So, fans could pretend to steer the vehicle over their own simulated desert by maneuvering the movable rear fins. This new DROID DESERT SKIFF also featured landing pods so the vehicle could stand unassisted. Then, a moving gangplank sent THALL JOBEN on his way. It also had a floor panel, which allowed a STAR WARS figure, without a doubt a bad guy, to be thrown overboard. Breakaway railings recreated the battle damage excitement.
