Hasbro continued to feature their hit G.I. Joe: A Real American hero toys on page 95 of the 1985 Toy Fair Catalog. Even though Hasbro first introduced G.I. Joe in the 1960s, the toy line had disappeared by the end of the 1970s. Thanks to the persistence of Bob Prupic, his “Operation: Blast Off” led to the revitalization of the line.

On this page, Hasbro promoted #6057, the Snow Cat, a vehicle with the quest to expose COBRA’s arctic strongholds. This powerful half-track mobilization unit plowed through towering glaciers and savaged frigid temperatures. The snow-covered canopy opened so two Joes could inside. It also included specialized heat-seeking ski-mounted torpedoes, a full missile launcher, and a tow hook. Then, the removable missile rack rotated and pivoted.
This vehicle included a driver, FROSTBITE, and carried up to ten figures. So, it was the most sophisticated snow vehicle in the G.I. Joe arsenal. Each assortment included 12 pieces.
